Virtual Prepaid Mastercard in a few steps
User login
If you are a registered user, log in to Digital Banking and from the home page go to the "Cards" section and select "Get a new card".You will not need to submit any supporting documents during the process.
Card selection
Then, from the card options that appear, select the Virtual Prepaid Mastercard.
Terms acceptance
Next, you select the expense billing account and accept the product terms.
OTP input
Now you confirm your details and enter the OTP to complete the process.
Completion
Finally, after the transaction is completed, you can print the receipt.

You can use your virtual card all over the world for:
- Online purchases at any store accepting Mastercard
- Phone and mail orders
- Online bill payments to organizations accepting Mastercard, including taxes, Vehicle Circulation Tax, insurance premiums, etc.
- Transaction pre-approvals
- Standing orders
- Hotel bookings or car rentals
You cannot withdraw cash, pay in installments, and make transactions that require a physical card.
You enter the 16-digit number, the expiry date, and the disposable OTP (One-time password) you will receive on your mobile phone.

You can retrieve the card details at any time on Internet or Mobile Baking by choosing ‘Virtual Card Details’ and entering the disposable OTP (One-time password) you will receive on your mobile phone.

The card has a 5-year duration and renews automatically.
You can cancel your card via Internet Banking by choosing ‘Cancel’ and entering the disposable OTP (One-time password) you will receive on your mobile phone. You can also call Phone Banking at 210 48 48 484 and cancel your card.
