Really like Dr. Aleto. He replaced my right knee in 2020 during Covid. In 2024, he did my left knee. He has a great bedside manner and explained the knee replacement in terms that could be understood. You won't go wrong selecting him as your surgeon. Can't recommend Dr. Aleto any higher and Columbia...

While treating my husband, which turned out to be an ecoli infection, other Drs couldn't figure out what was the problem. Dr Crist's intuitive expertise brought to conclusion months and months of pain to an end. If there were 10 stars that is what I would give him !!!!
