The beauty of a one-pan meal is how simple it is to make. All you need is a pan, preferably a stoneware pan that builds up a nonstick surface with every use, so there’s no need for parchment paper. (That’s less waste and easy clean up!) The recipe can be whatever you want or happen to have on hand. Add a protein, a vegetable, some tasty seasonings, and then bake! Need a few ideas? Here are three easy, foolproof sheet-pan recipes.

  1. Lemon Greek Chicken is the perfect choice when a trip to your local Greek restaurant might break a tight budget. This healthy dinner choice also gives you total control over your portion of lean meat and vegetables.
  2. When you plan easy weeknight dinners, include a sheet pan meal like Rosemary-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Vegetables. Its herbs and seasonings reduce the need for extra salt.
  3. Fish is another smart choice for an easy meal. Baked Pesto Salmon provides a colorful, nutrient-dense dish that’s packed with flavor.

This infographic gives you basic recipes for these three healthy dinner ideas, but it’s just the starting point of what you can do with a stoneware sheet pan.

When you click on the recipe under “Get the complete recipe and instructions”, do you not see a printer icon to click? Then does it not print out for you? If not, you may want to check your printer settings, maybe?

I also love my Pampered Chef bar pan. I use it regularly. Just FYI my son tried to broil something on it once.
Found it in the trash broke in half. I was so upset, until I bought another one. Lesson learned, Never broil on the bar pan.

Ruth- The Bar Pan is probably the most versatile stone that Pampered Chef sells. I love mine and use it all the time. It can be used to bake cookies, chicken tenders, French fries, giant pancakes and omelettes in the oven, pizza, biscuits and the list goes on and on. If you go to the website and search “Large Bar Pan” then click on recipes, you’ll find a ton of recipes. You might be able to find recipes for the Stoneware Muffin Pan too but Pampered Chef no longer makes that stone. You can make mini meat loaves, BBQ filled biscuits and every kind of muffin you’d make in any other muffin pan. Be sure to check Pampered Chef’s Pinterest page too.

Absolutely, Tina….no transfer of food, flavor, odor or bacteria. In fact, you can use it for fish, wash it in HOT water, then use it to make cookies. You’d never know what was cooked on it before! Use it for everything that goes in your oven…bar cookies, oven-baked chicken or pork chops, roasted vegetables…

I got myself a bar pan for christmas. I have wanted one for a LONG time & was so excited to treat myself. However, the day I opened it up & used it, it ended up breaking. I was able to get a replacement only to have it break just the other day. Have they changed the way that they are made? I have both rounds & have had them for 10 plus years…..Anyone else have issues like this?

    thank you
